When dealing with business partners, colleagues, employees and consumers alike, good communication is the key to success. However, this key does not always fit right away when the context is cross-cultural. The desired result is easy enough to define: interest; sympathy; consensus; enthusiasm and, last but not least, buying impulses. Still, even well-rehearsed messages are seldom understood the way they were meant to be. This fact is often forgotten until things go awry.
The aim of this conference is to show what it takes to communicate well with Germans and in Germany, through an insightful, hands-on and entertaining presentation. Do not miss this great opportunity during a delicious business luncheon.

HOPE International Communications was founded in 1997 in Germany and from the beginning has focused on cross-cultural marketing and communications, mainly between Germany, France and the English-speaking world. HOPE has offices in London, Paris and Freiburg and has recently set up an office in Houston. Philippe Holtzweiler, HOPE's Managing Director, has been working in international B2B and B2C marketing as an executive and consultant for 30 years.
